Things to Know Before Your Service

Vacuum Carpets

Prior to arrival, vacuum all areas that will be shampooed for best results. Vacuuming will make shampooing more effective!

Good Airflow

Make sure windows are left open (weather permitting) and fans/ceiling fans are on so that the carpet can dry and get best results!

Drying Estimate

Most rooms will dry in 6-12 hours. Make sure to limit foot traffic into these rooms to avoid matting and compacting of the fibers.
